A little known episode from the life of Stalinist security police office Julia Brystiger. Her nickname Bloody Luna was a reference to her incredibly brutal methods of interrogation. In the early 1960s, she appears in a centre for the blind on the outskirts of Warsaw, a place often visited by Cardinal Wyszyński, whose imprisonment in 1953-1956 Brystiger supervised personally. During a difficult and heated discussion with the cardinal, Brystiger denounces the communist ideology and begs for forgiveness for her crimes and for guidance in her search for God.

Di sebuah lembah terpencil di Islandia, Gummi dan Kiddi tinggal berdampingan, merawat domba mereka. Kumpulan domba nenek moyang mereka dianggap salah satu yang terbaik di negara itu dan kedua saudara ini secara berkala menerima penghargaan untuk biri-biri jantan unggulan mereka yang membawa garis keturunan kuno. Meskipun mereka berbagi tanah dan gaya hidup, Gummi dan Kiddi tidak pernah berbicara satu sama lain selama empat dekade. Ketika penyakit mematikan tiba-tiba menyerang domba Kiddi, seluruh lembah tersebut terancam. Pihak berwenang memutuskan untuk memusnahkan semua hewan di area tersebut untuk mengendalikan wabah. Namun Gummi dan Kiddi tidak menyerah begitu saja – dan setiap saudara berusaha untuk menghindari bencana tersebut dengan cara masing-masing: Kiddi dengan menggunakan senapannya dan Gummi dengan menggunakan kecerdasannya.
